SIP calculator
Estimate the future value of a regular monthly investment. Enter your monthly amount, time period and hypothetical annual return. Choose BEGIN or END of month for each investment.
Estimate the growth of a single upfront investment. For example, ₹1,00,000 at a constant hypothetical 10% annual return becomes ₹1,21,000 after 2 years, before costs and taxes.
Estimate monthly withdrawals and the investment left over. Choose BEGIN or END of month for each withdrawal. Choose fixed withdrawals, a compounded annual percentage increase, or a fixed rupee addition each year.
Annual returns are effective rates. The monthly rate is (1 + annual rate)1/12 − 1.
Choose BEGIN or END timing for SIP investments and SWP withdrawals. BEGIN happens before that month’s growth or loss; END happens after it. SIP defaults to BEGIN and SWP to END. Lumpsum is invested once at the start.
SIP annual investment increases and SWP annual withdrawal increases begin with payment 13 and repeat every 12 payments. Percentage increases compound; rupee increases add the same amount to the monthly payment each year. SIP increases add contributions; SWP increases take more out and do not add money to your investment.
Each projection uses a constant return. Real market returns vary, and the timing of returns can significantly change SWP outcomes.
No taxes, fees, exit loads, inflation, or missed payments are included. SIP contributions and SWP withdrawals stay fixed unless you choose an annual increase. Values are rounded for display only.
15%, 18%, 20%, and 22% are optional hypothetical scenarios, not historical performance, forecasts, or recommendations.
